The foundation's governance consists of several bodies responsible for animating, steering, and structuring its ecosystem.

The foundation is administered by a Board of Directors composed of twelve members, divided into two colleges as follows:

The Board of Directors, through its deliberations, manages the affairs of the MIN4CI Foundation and possesses the broadest decision-making powers to make decisions in its best interest.

The Steering Committee


The Steering Committee is the body responsible for ensuring the participation of ecosystem actors in the co-design and co-construction process of the Foundation's projects and directions.

The Collegium


The Collegium is the consultative and collaborative body responsible for ensuring the representation and expression of the diversity and variety of the actors within the territorial ecosystem on topics addressed by the Board of Directors related to the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs).
